Izyum Lyceum №4, Izyum

This is one of the oldest educational institutions in the Kharkiv region, founded in 1882. Throughout its history, the school was destroyed twice—by the Nazis in 1943, who set it on fire, and by Russian air bombs in 2022. 

Before the Russian invasion, the lyceum had 500 students. Now, like other educational institutions in Izyum, it lies in ruins, and children no longer have the opportunity to attend classes in person. They receive their education online, thanks to teachers who continue to support their students.
